In martial arts, there are many gaps when applying techniques.
The skilled person makes the opponent perform a technique with his or her own spirit,
and then aims for the gap to perform the technique.
It's "go no go." It can also be said to be "sen no sen" from the perspective of making
the opponent perform the technique first.
In Aikido, techniques such as shihonage and iriminage are used for shomenuchi,
ryotedori, and many attacks.
In this video, the technique is returned and the technique is applied.
I would be happy if you could recognize that there will be gaps when applying techniques,
and use them for your regular practice.
